The ideal candidate would have 5-10 years experience in the hospitality industry. The B&B manager must have an outgoing personally and be able to interact well with both staff and guests. High customer service expectations are required as well as the ability to find creative solutions to problems.

We are looking for an energetic leader who knows how to inspire others to give their best performance in order to achieve an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate would have 5-10 years of restaurant experience. Relationships with local producers and suppliers would be preferred.

The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of marketing and event planning experience. The ability to multi-task and work closely and enthusiastically with customers in order to provide exceptional service is necessary.
