After getting his MBA from Stanford, Malcolm (originally a neuroscientist) served as Director of Strategy at South Korea's most desired source of early-stage capital, raised a search fund, and acquired—to subsequently operate—a number of companies (with a focus on Travelmax) that brought in over $70M in annual top line revenue. Before stepping down from his operational role, Malcolm paid back over 50% of the invested capital in dividends.

With a graduate degree in Technology Policy from Cambridge, Simone has worked in VC, PE, cyber security, and online content, managing over 20,000 writers at HubPages (top 50 in US web traffic during her tenure).
She recently stepped down from her managing role at a 70M a year travel business, lectures on management techniques (including at Stanford's GSB, Harvard, and Carnegie Mellon), and is a bestselling author of three books (on Kindle).
