Since organizations starting writing peoples CVs for a living I'm afraid the true person behind the CV was lost, we had no idea of a person’s capabilities, unfortunately any and all Authenticity was gone.
For the people who could not afford to have someone write it struggled even more due to keyword software being used which then meant going around in that circle of a meaningless CV again as people were hiring people to write it.
