Larry LeSueurCEO and Co-Founder
For the last 20 years Larry has worked in technology groups of Fortune 500 corporations managing software product development and consulting across infrastructure technologies for international companies. He has served as VP of infrastructure with Avanade and General Manager of Windows Server Systems at Microsoft. He co-founded WISErg in 2010. Larry has a BA degree with focus on finance from the University of Washington.

Jose LugoCOO and Co-Founder
Jose is a computer engineer with deep expertise in quality assurance, process innovation and operations, including an 18 year career at Microsoft where he did pioneering work on MS Exchange. In 2005 he co-founded AguaYVida, S.A, a company focused on reforestation, clean water and waste to energy solutions. Jose was raised in Venezuela and came to the US for his college education. He has a BS in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University.

Ken is a tech. executive passionate about marketing, customers, and startups. He was VP Marketing & Bus. Alliances at Ramp Technology Group, and co-founder and VP Storefront for HomeGrocer.com. Ken has over 25 years of experience, and sits on the Advisory Board of the UW Information School. He is a judge and coach for the UW Annual Business Plan Competition. He graduated from the Executive Marketing Program of the Univ. of British Columbia.

Wayne is a CPA and finance professional with more than 25 years of experience. He has served as CFO or VP Finance for numerous companies, and is the founder and President of Tractionworks, Inc., a professional firm specializing in financial and consulting services. He started his finance career as an auditor with KPMG, LLP and is a member of the AICPA and WSCPA. Wayne earned a BS in Business Administration from the Univ. of Montana.

Victor has more than 25 years of experience in science & microbiology. He spent over 18 years on the graduate, medical, and dental faculties of the Univ. of Texas Health Science Center. He has been Dir. of R&D and CTO for several early-stage and emerging companies in the medical technology and biotechnology industry, including CTO at Source Precision Medicine. He earned a Ph.D. in medical microbiology and immunology at Ohio State University.
