Chelsey Bingham worked as a project management assistant at the Durst Organization prior to founding Wiseling. In 2009, she co-founded and worked as executive editor at AVANT Magazine. Her past experience includes roles in marketing and administration at SHANE&SHAWN and Wilhelmina-Urban. Chelsey received a BA in Liberal Arts and Organizational Communications from Utah State University.

Brian Falk worked as a programmer for Anchorage Capital, Columbia University and Pipeline Deals. He received his BA in Physics from University of Pennsylvania and went on to get his MS in Computer Science from Columbia University.

Matt Wood is a designer specializing in user-experience working for clients such as Dentsu, YoursTruly, MaraisUSA, and Chrishabana. He worked in music and advertising at mcgarrybowen. He holds a BA in music from Brigham Young University.
