I am wanting to start up a new craft bar restaurant. I have been in this industry for over 15 years now and have seen what works and what doesn't. I have worked with small franchisees and huge corporate chains. My idea is unlike anything else here in my area. It targets the millennial crowd which we all know is the fastest growing demographic. I just need start up capital to see my dream through.
