Rollo’s background as video director means he has decades of experience creating a singular vision for an end product, conveying it to the entire team of specialists, then uniting those myriad specialists and empowering them to play their part in the overall story. Having created and run two successful film production companies, Rollo has proven experience uniting creativity with commerce.

More than a decade running large-scale marketing teams at multinational organisations such as PSP and Ipsos in Canada and New Zealand’s CoreLogic has given Kristen extensive experience in product growth and people management, and honed her phenomenal business acumen. Most importantly, Kristen is exceptionally smart, her energy and enthusiasm is unstoppable, and she truly thrives in a challenging environment.

James is a conceptual thinker and talented designer whose sole focus is creating incredibly simple experiences that deliver very complex processes. As Head of Product, James has an holistic view of what Wipster is trying to achieve, takes feedback from users, and iterates the product to fit closer with customer needs. In short, he identifies and investigates the problem, then crafts and designs elegant solutions.

Gavin’s previous roles in development and as a technical lead have given him skills in planning, risk management, people management, coding, and software infrastructure. To boot, he’s incredibly articulate and approachable, meaning Wipster’s technical arm moves seamlessly with the rest of the company, and with other partners.
