I've plans to open up a brewery/distillery in the area of S.Manchester and Cheshire. I believe it's important because I'll make spirits/beers that've been abandoned due to new cheaper easier varieties; such as my Oat Whiskey as the last producer closed in 1977, however new techniques have opened this possibility again. There aren't any artisan distilleries in the North West so I believe there's a niche and my product is for buyers of quality.
