Dmitri’s career started at a military technolgy start-up Photonics Systems. His subsequent projects included an e-tailer, and a manufacturing process control business. Dmitri then took his business, technical and finance skills to Wall Street, and worked for 9 years at JPMorgan. He then returned to entrepreneurship full-time, and started Winz. Dmitri holds degrees from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and London Business School.

A Web/Mobile QA, User Experience and User Interface Designer, Julia is also a photo enthusiast, a sports fan and an active social network user. Julia conceived the idea of Winz after going to multiple sporting events, and not being able to find a mobile photo app that would fully reflect the thrill of the moment, let alone a social network dedicated to sports fans. Julia graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute.

Alex is a seasoned technologist working in the field of quantitative finance. He worked at major Wall Street firms since 2005, where he built real-time pricing and trading systems. Prior to that he worked at Brookhaven National Laboratory. He holds a Ph.D. in nuclear physics from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science from Moscow State University.
