Winsor Hoang is the founder and CEO of CTS Forex, an automated, statistical, risk managed FX trading system that produces profits with just 50 percent winning trades. Using his statistical and automated system design experience at Nortel Networks, RIM, and Sierra Wireless, he began developing automated systematic solutions. In 2010, after seven years of development, testing, and trading his own money, he introduced CTS Forex to the market.

Professor Anthony Ware, PhD is the Director of the Mathematical and Computational Finance Laboratory at the University of Calgary. Dr. Ware’s research includes work on: modeling and computational methods for option valuation, portfolio optimization with reference to various ‘downside’ risk measures, and optimal investment strategies.

Professor Jon Rokne, PhD, Former Computer Science Department Head for the University of Calgary - Dr. Rokne’s research spans mathematics and computer science. He has co-authored four books and written more than 140 scientific papers. He is the chairman of the ad-hoc committees for Publications Proposals and Publications Conduct at the IEEE level.

Dick Monroe has over twenty years’ experience in institutional software marketing, primarily with start-up companies and companies requiring a turnaround. He holds a BS in Physics, an MS in Aero Engineering and an MBA. Among his successes was the market planning and strategy for Maplinx – the company sold to ACT that became the basis for its territory mapping facility and UIS/Intercomp, a joint venture initiated by Sprint.
