Dr. Winter has been the Chief of Surgery at Southern Maine Medical Center since 1999. As a co-founder of O3T, Dr. Winter maintains an active leadership role in the management of the company and has been the “Champion Investor” since the company’s inception. Dr. Winter obtained a B.A. Chemistry, Cum Laude, from Franklin and Marshall College and a M.D. from Albany Medical College.
