Tatiana worked at Barclays Capital for 5 years in their Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets divisions. She has also completed the WSET Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits with distinction. She has a BSc and MSc in International Economics and Finance from the University of Amsterdam.

Diana worked at BlackRock for 3 years. In 2010 after a trip to Bordeaux, Diana created www.2water.org, an NGO raising funds for water projects in developing countries. Diana has since also worked as a consultant with early stage ventures. She has a BSc and MSc in International Relations from the London School of Ecnomics.
