Barbara's background is in real estate management and banking. She has managed many commercial and industrial properties over the years. She is also the co-founder of a pedorthic facility.

Evans background is in design and manufacturing. He has supplied numerous archetectural details for casinos in Las Vegas and Puerto Rico as well as Asia. Some of his work can be seen at the Luxor, Paris and Caesars Palace hotels and casinos.

Stuarts background has been in retail management until 1992 when he became board certified in pedorthics and founded Stuart Pedorthics, Inc., with Barbara Neuschotz. Stuart Pedorthics was a patient care facility dedicated to designing and fitting medical footwear and appliances for mostly diabetic, at risk patients. The Corporation was developed from the ground up and part of his duties included day to day corporate operations.
