Oswaldo began his career as a Web Developer for banking systems and large web portals. He is a certified consultant in SAP Strategy Management Tools and has extensive knowledge of Business Intelligence and Corporate Strategic Planning. Oswaldo also has experience in systems implementations of Electronic Commerce (B2B, B2C, C2B, and C2C), Online Payment, Application Usability, and Web Development. Oswaldo founded Silverexe in 2009.

John is of wind2share. He is the CFO of StormHarbour. Previously John was CEO, President and CIO of Carlyle
Capital Corporation and Managing Director of The Carlyle Group from 2006 to 2008. Prior to Carlyle, he was a Managing Director and
a member of the Financial Institutions team at Cerberus; He was also a Director of Aozora Bank and Senior Vice President and Global Treasurer of Merrill Lynch & Company.

Guillermo has over twenty-seven years experience in the financial sector. He has extensive experience in System and Electronic Banking Operations. Guillermo has also sat on high-level executive committees for leading Commercial Banks and Banking Associations.

Adaira graduated with a degree in Liberal Studies and a postgraduate degree in International Politics. Much of her studies focused on multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary fields. Adaira’s creative nature has helped her develop great communications and design skills, with a focus in Social Media and Community Development. She also has experience in Web Marketing 3.0 and Corporate Image Optimization.

Terry is an external Director of wind2share. He is currently an Independent consultant with Storm Harbour in NY working on a
variety of capital raises in different sectors. He has executed transactions for Fortune 100 corporations. Terry was a Managing Director at BNP Paribas' Strategic Equity Solutions group. He was Managing Director at Wachovia Securities and he was also Producing Manager at Merrill Lynch and UBS,

Paolo has over twenty-five years of experience in Commercial and Advance Process Law. Paolo is distinguished by his business and negotiation strengths, as well as his experience as a legal advisor to prestigious financial institutions and international banks.

Juan is the CIO and cofounder of wind2share. Juan is an experienced manager with over 28 years in Financial Industry technology. As an entrepreneur, Juan co-founded one of the first companies to support banking operations through SMS (text) messages. Juan joined Windmills Capital Inc. in August 2008. Kevin DeNuccio was most recently CEO of Metaswitch Networks until retiring in June of 2012, to focus on Angel investing and consulting. Kevin was formerly the President and CEO of Redback Networks (RBAK-Nasdaq), member of the BOD of SanDisk Corporation (Nasdaq) , Calix Inc (Nasdaq) and Byogy Renewables; Senior Vice President of Worldwide Service Provider Operations at Cisco Systems.

Ada is Co-founder and CMO of wind2share. She has developed her career in the areas of Communications, Corporate image, Event Planning and Marketing, in the government and private business industries. Ada focuses in Marketing 3.0, integrated business and legal approach to startups, startup financials, oral presentations. Evangelist and Communicator by nature.

Alejandro is an experienced manager with over twenty-six years in sales, investments, and marketing. He joined wind2share in August 2008. Alejandro was the Senior Vice President of Investments at UBS and Prudential Securities Ltd. He also was the director of investments at Wachovia Securities Inc. Alejandro worked in sales and marketing at S.C. Johnson and Despunta & Quorum.

Andreina has a degree in Media Communications by the Universidad Central de Venezuela and a Digital Marketing Diploma by IESA. She has been part of high level multidisciplinary teams and has wide experience in subjects of entrepreneurship and collaborative work. She has also worked as an event and audiovisual projects producer.

Juan Eugenio is a seasoned executive who creates, transforms and reinvents organizations, products and services to surpass the expectations of customers and stakeholders by leveraging over twenty years of experience. He was Chief Information Officer of the Government of Puerto Rico and more recently has worked with V2A. Real estate investor and developer and a Serial entrepreneur.

Adrian is a thought leader and influencer for the Latin America region. He´s a global-minded connector who works for many companies as independent consultant including training different groups in the LATAM region on Social Media topics, ITC (Information Technology Communications), PR 3.0, government 2.0, activism and citizen participation, fundraising, new media training, among other topics.

Carlos is an Electrical Engineer, with outstanding performance and special merit recognition for his final disertation on the development of a "Free Tool for modeling and designing interval type 2 fuzzy system". He is currently a student in the Masters Degree program in Electrical Engineering in the University of Los Andes (UNIANDES), Colombia
