    Damian has a real passion for fine food.
    He is a graduate of the Culinary Management Programme at George Brown College, and apprenticed under Keith Froggett at Scaramouche in Toronto, as well as several high end restaurants in the Niagara region, including The Queen's Landing, and the Stone Road Grille. He opened Wills & Co. Fine Food Market in 2010 to provide a more sustainable food alternative than what was being offered by the grocery stores
