Philip is the founder and CEO of Wifarer Inc. He manages the strategic direction of Wifarer and works with Wifarer’s developers to further its technology (effectively acting as CTO.) He is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in the technology industry. He has served as a consulting systems architect for large organizations. Philip has a B.A./B.Sc. from The Johns Hopkins University and an M.A. from Yale University.

Steven is also the CEO and co-founder of XE.com Inc. Since its inception in 1993, XE.com has grown to become the world's favourite currency site, currently ranked by Amazon's Alexa service as the 337th most popular site in the world. Steven is also the principal of Dracogen Strategic Investments, which provides strategic financing to a number of promising high-tech ventures. Steven has an Honours B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.
