Boomerang's technology connects the bicycle to the internet to prevent bike theft and manage bike fleets. In 2016 seven cities, bikeshare programs, adopted our technology. In 2017 we should grow to 20 cities. In Q4 2016 we released our consumer product and shipped 500 devices. We have a dealer network of 70 bike stores expanding to 200 by March 2017. Our business model is to earn revenue from both the hardware and a monthly subscription.
