    Co-Founder, Co-CEO

    Josh grew up on Long Island and received an A.B. in Economics and a certificate in Finance from Princeton University in 2007. After working for 2 years at J.P. Morgan's investment bank and 2 years at financial services focused private equity firm Lightyear Capital, Josh matriculated at the Wharton School to get his MBA. During his 2 years at Wharton, Josh met Kim, his co-founder, and founded White + Wong Bakery during his second year.

    Co-Founder, Co-CEO

    Kim received her BA in Psychology from Cornell University and spent 3 years there in a PhD program as well, but left after her Master’s Degree. Kim then spent 3 years as a marketing strategy consultant at the digital marketing firm, Rosetta, where she served in a strategy and account management role for multi-channel marketing campaigns. Kim then attended the Wharton School where she met Josh, her co-founder, and founded White + Wong Bakery.

  • Dale Biles
    Advisor

    Dale has worked in the baking industry in a sales and/or management capacity for the past 24 years. In 2010, he founded the National Bakery Sales Force, a collective sales team based on 5 midsized bakery manufacturers in 2010, and currently serves as the SVP of In-Store Bakery Sales. Prior to 2010, he served as a VP of In-Store Bakery for Best Brands Corp for seven years. To date, he has given invaluable advice on packaging and operations.
