Whirtel was created in 1990 as a physically competitive way to crosstrain, while training in the offseason as a professional basketball player.
Whirtel is faster and requires more agility than pickleball yet easier to learn and play than tennis. An endurance driven racket sport. Played using a flex racket and a slower moving ball on a 27X42 modified tennis court. Requires few rules to get started. With the number one rule being HUSTLE.
