I want to boost productivity by letting people work on their preferred shifts, and this is through creating a workforce platform which the employees can use to sign in whenever they want to work & sign out whenever they want. This will have an impact on payroll calculations & forecasting but at the same, this will reduce the stress of putting employees on performance improvement plans, and also will ensure that I am paying to performers.
