Mela has 20+ years of healthcare experience. Prior to WFD, Mela worked in operational/leadership roles for Indiana University Health. Her responsibilities were in Quality, Medical and Hospital Operations. She earned a BSN from the University of Michigan and an MHA from Indiana University. Mela is Board Certified as a Healthcare Executive and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

After graduating with a BA in Sociology from the University of Illinois, Aimee spent the early years of her career in Development and Fundraising for non-profits in higher education. She serves the community as a mentor for the Entrepreneurial Programs at Butler and Purdue Universities. She is also a member of the Founders Society. Aimee and WFD has been featured in Forbes, Time and LA Times.

Jill has 20+ years of experience in business development and market research with a Fortune 500 company. Jill's expertise is in building strategic partnerships, delivering high quality research as well as product analysis, pricing and distribution. Jill earned a BS in Business Administration from Butler University.

Jen has 10+ years of customer service experience with one of the world's largest investment companies, Capital Group. Jen's experience provides the distinctive personal touch to guide users throughout the site. Jen has a BS in Marketing from Indiana University.
