The Company intends to provide high school graduates with training and career counseling, resulting in vocational placements. 1st level of the model: social impact games to determine the vocation that most interests high school graduates and drop-outs. 2nd level: tested for grit. 3d level: take a course in their chosen field. 4th level: graduates are placed in jobs. Revenues will come from tuition, sponsorships, placements and advertising.

David is the author of numerous books on entrepreneurship.

    Paul is a detail-oriented, wizened businessman with extensive experience in hospitality, real estate finance, and angel investing in the tech industry as well as advising media start-ups including Channel Islands Media, Inc., FashionTec USA, TapBook, Ostara Technology Company and more. He is a Managing Director of Santa Fe Capital Group. Paul’s strengths include managing creative and hard-charging technology and sales teams.

    As a graduate in Education Administration, Planning and Social Policy at Harvard University, and of the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, Doug has had success in the education business start-ups, personally creating 12 structured trainings for over 3,000 clients annually. He has managed multi-state operations, supervising 24 professional development consultants serving more than 65,000 schools across the United States.
