Mr. Puma is an experienced executive with a significant history in the food industry. Since 2010, Mr. Puma has co-founded partnerships to bring innovative food products to market. Prior to that, Mr. Puma worked in private equity as the President and COO of Birds Eye Foods. Prior to BEF, he worked 17 years at HJ Heinz in various roles including CFO of Heinz North America, and his last role was COO of Heinz Western Europe based in Paris, France.

Mr. Rothamel has 35 years of experience in developing food, pet food and consumer products and has authored six U.S. patents. He is expert in the commercialization of new product ideas. He began his career at General Foods and has since served as the VP of Research and Development for HJ Heinz and Del Monte Foods (both with multiple brands of foods and pet foods) and for private label brands at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (with over 200 categories).

Dr. Hawley has over 35 years of experience in the food industry, focused on product development, nutrition and regulatory compliance. He has held research positions at the Quaker Oats Company, HJ Heinz, and Del Monte Foods - where he was the Director of Nutrition and Regulatory Affairs prior to joining Wexford Farms Pet Food LLC. He holds two US patents and has a long record of successful product innovations and market introductions.
