Westphalian Energy is seeking seed capital to procure solar PV systems, install them on industrial clients’ facilities, and sell the clients the electricity generation at a profit to the Company but at a lower per-watt price point than the clients can otherwise buy from their public utility grids. The Company already has an established procurement supply chain and a pipeline of clients in its primary target market.
