Started in the family bakery business, Stein’s Bakery, located in Dallas, Texas. After briefly serving in politics, acquired Stein’s Bakery with acquisitions of a Pillsbury plant and New York Bagel Co. Grew Stein’s Bakery revenue from under USD $1 million to USD $20 million in two years. After selling off Stein's, purchased Mom’s Bakery in Atlanta, Georgia. Redesigned production lines by doubling capacity to 3,200 biscuits a minute in 18 months.

Having graduated at the top of her class magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, receiving her undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University practicing law for twenty years with the world’s 11th largest corporate law firm in the US, K&L Gates LLP. Roberta is a well-regarded legal expert in areas of corporate management liability, insurance litigation and counselling, emerging cyber-security and data privacy.

Brian has spent most of his career in the meat business, beginning in a family owned cattle ranching operation, established a food brokerage entity, Director of Field Sales for American Foods Group and Director of Retail Sales for Maple Leaf Consumer Foods. Brian brings with him an experienced sales management team and comprehensive network of key representatives serving all major North American retail, food service, and industrial accounts.

Don will oversee the construction and startup of the Western Bakeries facility including employee training and new production line oversight. Experienced start-up manager of Powell Valley Foods, plant manager for Kraft Foods Atlanta Plant and for Mondo Baking Company in Rome, Ga. Also, managed all operations of an $80 million baking operation Installed new production lines and recruited over 25 million dollars in new business.
