Before starting Wellcoin, Glenn was the SVP for Clinical Affairs and employee #6 at Practice Fusion, which now has 80 million patient records in its cloud. Prior to that, Glenn founded Clinical Solutions, which was acquired at a time when 65 million people in several countries could access its content via a toll-­free number. Glenn had been a cardiologist in the heart transplant program at a Harvard teaching hospital. He earned a PhD from MIT.

JP's research on engagement on mobile has been funded by the Google Foundation, the NIH & NSF. His software is used by every accredited zoo in the world to analyze genetic data. He developed analytical and data collection applications that are gold standards in their fields and architected software for startups acquired by Pfizer and Merial. JP earned an MS in Human-Computer Interaction and a PhD in Information Science at Cornell.
