Tom is a partner and founder of Project Leadership Services. Mr. Waddell is a specialist in execution of large projects in the medical device and software fields.

Jay has extensive experience in business development of internet security systems, with management experience as VP/GM Network Security Services at VeriSign;
VP Business Development at GE Capital TMS; and
Networking & Security Specialist at Unisys

Jamal has extensive experience as a lead technology executive overlapping into operational and strategic efforts of IT companies. He has experience in product development, marketing, sales, and finance as well as hands-on experience in off-shore development markets and partnerships in India, China and Pakistan.

Dr. Jahraus is currently the Executive Director at the Park Nicollet Melrose Institute and has worked with the Melrose Institute for 17 years. Previously he was medical director of the Remuda Ranch eating disorder treatment program and a family medicine practitioner. He has been honored as the Distinguished Teacher of the Year Award while teaching at the University of Minnesota.
