Nancy is a serial small business owner and has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree (with a focus in Management Science) and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She also has over 26 years of experience in project management and was a recipient of the 2012 Women of the Year award from the National Association of Professional Women.

Bill is an expert in financial modeling, corporate finance, and funding proposals that have raised millions in capital. He has served as CFO/COO of Sabertec, LLC. a leading manufacturer of non-catalytic diesel filtration equipment, and as the CFO of RVCA Corporation, a fast growing action sports apparel company. During the ".com" era, Bill was a securities broker at Roth Capital Partners where he co-managed $130MM in equity and cash.

Marji was the manager of Product Development for Performance Bicycle and developed all their apparel and accessories. In 2000, Marji helped developed the cycling skins worn by the US Olympic Cycling team. Marji was the Technical Designer for Asia for Reebok and helped develop the On-Field NFL apparel & Super Bowl arena sales garments. Currently, Marji is an Adjunct Professor teaching Product Development at Cazenovia College in Cazenovia, NY.

Kara is the founder of Athena Apparel Solutions llc. Athena is a full service apparel and accessory company. Offering product management, design, product development, as well as technical design and sourcing for men's, women's and children's. As a former Sr. Product Creation Manager at Nike Bauer Hockey, Kara also has extensive experience with companies such as Reebok, Timberland, and New Balance.

Mr. Derosi is the President of Atom Design, a full product development & marketing company. He deals with all aspects of the product development process including: STREAM Research, Industrial Design, Engineering, Prototyping, Strategy, & Branding. Over the past 7 years he has won 19 national awards including: ADDY Award, Smithsonian Coop-Hewitt National Design Award, International Design Excellence Award, and IF International Design Awards.
