As a lifelong entrepreneur, Mathew started his first business as a teenager. At only 19 years old Mathew graduated from CSU Sacramento and shortly thereafter started Guiver Consulting Inc., a marketing consulting firm located out of Sacramento, CA. After moving to San Francisco Mathew learned about growth hacking and marketing in the startup world, and decided to use his experience to disrupt the stagnant tax industry.

Chris has been building Rails web applications since 2010, shortly after moving across country with no job and little in hand other than his dog Ash.

Outside of work, Chris consumes as much coffee as is healthy and is a die-hard niners fan...sad day.

Nicole Thayer has been designing and coding for startups since shortly before graduating from UC Santa Cruz in 2006. She's worked on projects as small as 16 pixels wide and as big as the side of a building, and is passionate about the power of design to improve the quality of life and bring people closer together.

In her spare time, Nicole builds robots, goes to concerts, plays board games, and drinks too much coffee.

Adrienne has been working in digital marketing for the past six years, and is passionate about disrupting the tax industry. Adrienne assisted Mathew in opening Guiver Consulting Inc., and led the social media efforts for all of the firms clients. In doing so Adrienne gained an extensive knowledge of tax law by producing tax and finance related content and advice articles.
