WeFarm is a pioneering peer-to-peer knowledge sharing platform for the millions of small-scale farmers currently around the world who lack access to information. In just 12 months since launching, WeFarm has grown from zero to 43,500 users in Kenya, Peru, and Uganda, and has facilitated 5.6m interactions, all between users not reached by other global media networks.
