WEAT is a managed marketplace for experiential restaurant meal kits. Our kits serve 2-4 people, come with chef-led tutorials, staff-curated playlists, and all the tools you need.

We help restaurants design the product, then host their kits our our site, and aggregate and organize delivery to Manhattan and the suburbs (e.g. Queens, Brooklyn) via refrigerated truck, in exchange for a 13% commission and $8 delivery fee (paid by consumers).

    Originally from Colombia and raised in Miami, Laura has been living in NYC for the past 8 years. She studied at Columbia University where she majored in Financial Economics and Fine Arts. She then worked at the Boston Consulting Group where she focused on data analytics and digital transformations. Given Laura's expertise in all things digital, she leads our product team - managing the design and build of digital and physical products.
