    Dr. Levine has been developing enterprise financial risk and optimization systems for 20 years. He holds DFin, PDip, MBA, and BS Economics degrees from University of California-Berkeley, SMC University, Baruch College / CUNY, and NYU. He has published four finance books and has appeared on satellite radio. He is joined by a small team of PhD economists, quantitative programmers, and user interface / mobile web developers.
