Design and fabrication of new type of devices for recovery of the sea waves’ energy. This device will be autonomous, universal, and automatically adaptable to the environmental conditions. Due to simplicity of its construction and maintenance will have low production and operation cost. The modular design will allow create of assemblies of a desired power in a vicinity of the consumers.
