15+ years experience leading international teams and developing high-technology products in the maritime, aerospace and defense sectors. Elsa holds two Master's degrees in Engineering and has completed executive leadership training at UC Berkeley, London Business School and EM Lyon Business School. After building the Falco team and establishing a strong Customer base in Europe, Elsa just relocated to New England to accelerate growth in the US

Thomas is a globally recognized authority and one of the foremost contributors in the field of low-power wireless sensor technologies, driving innovation and leading the development of international standards. Thomas lead the research team at the origin of Falco, in collaboration with a large marina in the South of France ; today, Thomas defines Falco's innovation strategy and mentors the R&D team for the wireless part of the solution.
