He has placed coffee & other products into such national chains as Safeway & founded & placed Alexandra's into specialty.

    Jack has been involved in major plant production for over twenty five years. He comes to WFL from Gorant Chocolatiers where he served as General Manager and Production Manager for over eleven years. He has run as many as three 40,000 square foot chocolate plants under one operation and has served as plant manager for a 100,000 square foot brewery.

    Vice President, Marketing

    Joyce has over twenty years in food and beverage marketing. She launched the Robert Mondavi Wine & Food Center in Orange County and became Mondavi’s Director of Visitor Programs, managing a department of 95 employees, presenting a wide array of direct to consumer programs as well as marketing and education support for trade and media guests, managed the Great Chefs cooking school, and was a member of the Robert Mondavi Brand Marketing team.
