The retirement community will consist of a 96 room Assisted Living and a 35 room, professionally managed, state of the art Memory Care Facility, designed specifically for senior citizens. Located adjacent to Lake Hartwell and Wrights Beach. Tucked away on a hill top overlooking Lake Hartwell.
