WEMS program is designed to be profitable for the consumer and investor alike. The program is straight forward in that all systems that are installed cost on average $65,000. The consumer receives the leased system at no-cost and from the confirmed utility saving receives 40% of the savings. The investor will receive back 10% from the original investment for the contract life and 60% of the utility savings. Estimated ROI in 24 months or less.
