Mr. Gatz has a proven track record of designing and installing cost-effective systems in more than nine countries over the last twenty-five years.

  • Mr. Maciolek of Aqua Nova Engineering, PLC has over 23years of full-time engineering experience primarily related to water and wastewater, including treatment systems for aquaculture, municipal, commercial/industrial and wastewater and stormwater flows.
    Design and oversee WFI's core BioFilter systems. A registered professional biologist & recirculating system engineer with 30 years experience in aquaculture systems. Mr. Holder has worked, consulted & designed for aquaculture companies on five continents.

    Ph.D in Aquatic Animal Production. 35 years of experience in integrated aquaculture in various Tilapia and Shrimp aquaculture projects around the world, most recently at BSI. He is also a strong production manager and nutritional supplement expert.
