501c3 nonprofit charity that is the nursing resource and workforce center for the state. We exist to ensure that there is an adequate, appropriately-educated nursing workforce to care for the population of Washington. We lead the transformation of nursing education, and work to have an inclusive nursing workforce reflective of the growing diversity of our state's population. No one else has the charge that we do. We collaborate for innovation!
