The Washbot/AutoArm concept is an aerial lift alternative bridging the gap between ladder work and lift work. The motion and load tolerances needed to wash roofs can also allow for multiple other hand held tool applications. Tree trimming, paint application, gutter suction, bridge sandblasting are a few uses. Its lightweight and able to be assembled on decks and transported by truck bed. The prototype is under construction and is patent able.
