I want to start an Exotic Dance Club/ Nightclub, I only say "want to" because I lack the funding. A Gentlemen's Club is very lucrative with a very high return on investment plus mix a Nightclub in with it that make your market larger with larger profit. There are many promotional events you can do with a Gentlemen's Club that many Clubs do not do so they are missing out on that part of the business, I know them and I know the target market.
