We work with telemedicine to support decision, communication and care management of emergency patients. The problem is patients are attended by non-specialized MD in primary and secondary healthcare, or even ambulances, resulting in delayed delivery, without communication and lack of real-time data. The system calculates the severity of each case, informing the best practice, closest hospitals with resources and telemedicine with specialists.
