Alfredo manages strategic direction, product planning and development, customer services, and finance. He was previously VP of Sales and Marketing at Reddwerks Corporation, an enterprise software company. He was also a co-founder of Vitalz (acquired by Oracle) and Daman Consulting. He held positions at Andersen Consulting and Trilogy Software. Alfredo holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Rick is an experienced software entrepreneur and software technologist. He is responsible for leading all aspects of product strategy, software development, and delivery of Vyopta’s software product portfolio. Prior to joining Vyopta, Mr. Leung worked as a consultant serving Fortune 500 clients such as Nationwide Insurance, AmeriSourceBergen and Eli Lilly. Rick has a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.

Andrew manages legal and operational issues for Vyopta. Andrew has previous experience at emerging growth software companies and has practiced at corporate and securities law at international firms such as Baker Botts L.L.P. and Gray Cary (DLA Piper). Andrew received his B.A. in Political Science and Policy Studies at Rice University and his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.

Al is a Certified Public Accountant and leads the finance and accounting department. He was previously the CFO at C Faulkner Engineering, LP and a controller at other tech companies (Vitalz and Daman Consulting). Al received his B.B.A. in Marketing and Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon.

Ryan leads the Vyopta global sales organization. Prior to Vyopta, Ryan managed the Southern region for Cisco, where he led a team specializing in TelePresence and video communications solutions. He has also held strategic regional sales positions at TANDBERG. Ryan received a B.A. in Marketing from DePaul University.

Dan is an experienced executive, entrepreneur and investor. Over the course of his 25-year career, Dan has held a variety of positions ranging from field sales to Chief Executive Officer, playing key roles in the success of companies such as IBM, Oracle, i2 Technologies, and Formation Systems. Dan’s perspective is truly global, having lived and worked in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
