Moved from Hong Kong to United States of strong background in international marketing, turning my focus from arranging trade show for manufacturer to gluten free baking, the transition was natural and soon our products received warm welcome from customers who suffer from allergies, parents who put their children on a GF diet or customers try to stay away from wheat flour. I feel a strong urge to help the community by utilizing my baking skill.

Graduated with chemistry major from Hunter College, Victor contributed his expertise in retail business. He started a retail liquor business in Brooklyn NY with his brother, had been very successful for 25 yrs then he founded Cookie Concept, a retail cookie, coffee and snack shop in Penn Station, NY for 13 yrs. He also founded The Coastal Group, a printing and advertising agency which handle big scale printing project for importers in USA.
