She worked with Senator Ted Kennedy on health policy and the Hong Kong Government on economic development policy -Vtrim is her opportunity to create social change through scalable behavior modification.

Prior to this role, she coordinated all research studies conducted at the University of Vermont's Behavioral Weight Management Program, including research on the Vtrim program. She has been interviewed for articles featured in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Self, Fitness, Cooking Light, and Parents.

Spencer Newman is a seasoned executive with nearly twenty years of experience in helping companies develop and execute growth strategies in new and emerging markets. Spencer is currently President of Green Mountain Insight, a strategic and financial planning firm for high growth companies. Spencer received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University. Spencer is also a graduate of Vtrim.

Tim Volk is a business leader with 30 years of broad-based consumer marketing experience in energy, financial services, telecommunications, and professional services. Time served as president of regional marketing communications firm Kelliher Samets Volk, with offices in Burlington, Boston, and New York City. Tim has also developed diverse and in-depth corporate and non-profit board experience over two decades with more than a dozen engagements.
