Prior to his current assignment as CEO and Partner of VPO, he was the President and Head of Nokia Siemens Networks in Latin America.

He studied Business Administration at the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia and Business Administration extension studies at the University of California at Berkeley. He completed Radiological Emergency Planning: Terrorism, Security and Communication at Harvard University and Finance for Executives course at INSEAD, France.

Aaron Smith has 15+ years experience in software design and development in various industries including Logistics, Government, Banking, Insurance, Ticketing, Security and Telecommunications.
Prior to his current assignment, he was the CTO at Litai Assets. Aaron specializes in cloud infrastructure, multi-tenant architecture, relational databases and disaster recovery.
Aaron earned his B.S degree in Computer Science from Siena College in NY.

As founder and CEO of Golden Security Services in 2004 until 2011 and Co-Chairman of Seenergee Group, Santiago oversees and directs all business and business development activities.
Santiago held several high executive positions in the Telecom Industry, including Vice-President of Business Development of TV Cable from 1990 to 2003 and and President of Telesentinel, the leading security company in the Latin American market, from 2003 to 2006.

Mr. Fernando Gaviria Angel holds a BA degree in International Business and Economy from Richmond College in London.
Starting at Banque Veuve Morin-Pons in Paris, he returned to Colombia to lead his family´s business which included Gavicafe, Caribecafe, Industrias Aliadas, Compañia Nacional de Café and Bolsa y Banca Comisionista de Bolsa. Later he became the President of Compañia Nacional de Café. He is also a board member at Syscom Telecom.

Armando Almeida is a C-level executive with 25+ years of international experience in Communications and IT industries. He has managed global operations and led organizations of over 30,000 people.
Armando has extensive knowledge in the Customer Experience area, is an expert in M&A and is now an investor, board member and executive advisor for startups.
