Our product is an app called Vozra that focuses on engaging young Hispanics on the 2016 Presidential election. Our customer segment will be Hispanic students between 16 and 19 with our first market being in Texas and expanding to other markets in California and New Mexico. Our goal is to eventually expand to non-Hispanic audiences once launched. In order to keep customer relationship we will build relationships through merchandise purchases and maintaining relationships with our key partners that would assist in maintaining our connection with users. Vozra would be available through Android and Apple store. Our channels would also be promoted through social media outlets and high school teachers. Our value proposition is offering a fun way, through gamification, engagement components and educational functions, to teach an otherwise un-fun topic. We found that Hispanics are motivated through scholarships, so we incorporated scholarships as awards. The key activities of Vozra are the interactive and an educational game that helps identify political candidates, gain knowledge about all political parties. Some key resources and key partners will be civic focused organizations such as, DoSomething.org and National Council of La Raza. We would eventually incorporate appropriate corporations that aligned with our civic vision, but we will look to local sponsorships based in Texas. Lastly, our cost structure will be the amount of creation cost, updating information and quizzes and hiring employees to maintain content. Our revenue streams will be freemium and in-app purchases, advertisements, payments for removal of ads, partnering with civic organizations, foundations, corporate sponsorships and targeting Tier I school systems as prime customers.
