Joseph Verdirame is leading the Vourno team and is responsible for operations, management and development, including front/back-end system build-out, planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and staffing. He led all aspects of corporate start-up phase, including concept, business plan, financial models, fundraising opportunities, development plans, platform architecture analysis and testing, drafting marketing materials, and creating content.

Darryl Phillips is the company’s strategic visionary and is responsible for gauging the direction of new techniques and technologies for content creation through various mediums across current and emerging media platforms. Darryl also provides strategic consulting services for a variety of companies, private corporations, and independent artists.
