During his career, he has spent time designing, building, deploying, and maintaining customer-focused, data-driven enterprise applications and systems in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies. This is the third online voting system he has created in the last 20 years. He holds an Exec MBA from Seattle University.

Ashley has over 20+ years experience supporting and leading People teams developing the overall vision, supporting organizational growth, change management, and process improvement. She’s designed, and implemented change, and transition strategies to enable business growth for start-ups to multi-site, international companies. She holds a BA in Social Sciences from EWU, an Exec MBA from Seattle University and she’s a Certified Professional Coach.

Tim’s 30+ years of management experience in startups, emerging growth and Fortune 50 companies compliments Tom’s background perfectly. Tim has focused on the election space since 2001, leading engineering, customer development, and operational teams in the delivery of election technology projects in hundreds of elections across the US and Internationally.
