Vorum is a profit sharing voting forum that serves as a feedback center. We connect users and companies together to eliminate traditional written feedback. We saw there are two clear needs:

- user would like to enjoy a better service
- company would like to better understand user's preference

However, no one in the market is actively bridging these two needs. As a result, we try to fill out the gap between use and company in Vorum
